From the moment the customer confirms an order from the POLE GRIP website and the same order is confirmed by the same company, an email will be sent to the customer. CUSTOMER

Each product has a sheet that indicates the name of the product, the model or design, an indicative photograph and the retail price of the product, always with VAT INCLUDED.

Shipping and insurance costs and additional payment method costs (expenses and commissions incurred) are not included in the price.

The total cost of the order will be communicated to the Client at the time of placing their order and prior to its acceptance.

ORDER CONFIRMATION.

PAYMENTS

The shipping costs of the order will depend on the delivery area and its cost will be communicated before the acceptance of the order by the Client and must be paid by the Client.

DELIVERIES AND SHIPPING

Shipments of orders placed through the website www.polegrip.eu will be made by NACEX, as a registered package. In the event that the Client wants another type of shipment, such as urgent, by courier or in person, they must contact us by email and assume the expenses related to the cost of a special delivery. Delivery time will vary according to the customer's geographical position. For shipments to Spain Peninsula the delivery time is between 1-2 business days. For shipments to the Balearic Islands and International shipments within the European Union, the delivery time is between 7 and 10 business days. For areas outside the European Union, the Customer must consult us about the delivery time for the country in question.

If any product is not available in stock, the company will inform the Customer of the delivery times. Saturdays, Sundays, holidays in the locality of POLE GRIP's registered office, as well as holiday periods, Christmas periods and unexpected political or natural situations are excluded.

The delivery times indicated are indicative depending on the shipping area and may be subject to alterations due to extraordinary incidents. POLE GRIP is not responsible for delays that are due to causes beyond the control of the company and due to unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstances. Nor is it responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or customs clearance.

If after the established delivery time of the order, delivery has not been arranged, the Customer must contact POLE GRIP. If the Client does not do so, after 10 business days from the order's departure for delivery, it will be returned and the Client must be responsible for the shipping and return costs of the merchandise, as well as any possible costs. associated management.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All products that leave our warehouses are previously verified. The customer must include in the package a document indicating: the name of the order holder, the return number sent by POLE GRIP at the time of communication of the return and a copy of the invoice receipt referring to the purchase.

Once the product is received by POLE GRIP, the status of the item will be checked, and then the amount of the order will be refunded according to the payment method chosen by the customer at the time of payment. The refund of these sums will be made within a maximum period of 30 days from when the returned product has arrived at the company.
