Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with all original labels attached. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Personal care products (such as beauty or hygiene items)

We also cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

If you have any questions about whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification.

To qualify, the item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
